I am like most people-simply busy.
A good day starts with a cup of coffee, soft worship music and no one bothering me while I read the Bible and talk to God.
Oh, and plenty of time to enjoy my personal retreat.
God is never in a hurry.
There are places to be and things to do.
I am fully aware God knows exactly what I will face this day.
That makes leaving that prayer “closet” a scary thing.
I could tarry there as long as it takes to feel confident enough to walk out that door and face the day.
From years of this routine, I know sometimes I fumble with the time element and have to hurry along.
The good thing is God watches my heart sounds and considers who I am today
